I had recently purchased a house and tried to use the GE Oven that came with the house. Unfortunately, it wasn’t heating and I had guests that evening. Starting with the receptionist, who was very nice and courteous, to the technician who came out and fixed the problem on the spot. Pete was able to come fix my refrigerator the same day I made the call. They were prompt, polite, and competent. They diagnosed and fixed the problem (a broken defrost thermostat) within an hour and a half. Will definitely use Automatic Appliance again in the future.
